Training Tips

• Bring your own water.
• Drink lots of water during the day.
• We meet for training in ANY WEATHER. If there is lightning, we will train inside. Make sure you dress accordingly and bring clothes to change in to.
• Make sure you wear sun screen.
• Bring bug spray for the am sessions.
• Get a cheap digital watch.

Leauge Championship Meet has been moved to Thursday, October 29

A meet has been added on the Monday after League Championships. (Nov. 2) It will be home(Ghiloni Park), against Doherty. Plan on staying late and bring $5; we will have an end of season party with dinner.
